Buffalo

Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will report to the Buffalo/Rochester District Area General Manager and will be responsible for increasing the awareness of the North Forest brand and the amount of quality new prospects that otherwise may not have sought out NFOS.

This position will generate increased traffic and qualify prospects and work with the Buffalo Manager to close in order to achieve maximum occupancy (94%).   They will initiate proposals, prepare lease documents and complete move in paperwork and procedures. 

Critical Success Factors

Over the first 12 months this position will be responsible for:

Raising the level of brand awareness in the Western New York Community through:

  • Cold calling, email and written correspondence and door to door efforts
  • Increasing the active prospect database (average about 40 active in 2011)
  • Developing a robust pipeline building program to increase the number of prospects
  • Joining various networking groups and evaluating fit with NFOS
  • Creating networking groups

Quantify and evaluating lead generation activity on weekly basis

Develop prospects for condo sales, entire building sales and outparcels

Gel with the Buffalo team and be a great team player

Lead the web based sales programs

Take over responsibility for executing the Buffalo target marketing plan in 2012.

Assist in corporate marketing support

Denver

Construction and Property Management

This position's main responsibilities are to supervise and carryout the construction and property management responsibilities and goals at North Forest Office Space. 

Duties:

Supervise subcontractors on a daily basis, including the scheduling and delegation of work and execution of interior and exterior construction according the proven NFOS building model.

  • Hands on construction tasks including routine, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, roofing, concrete, landscaping.
  • Use high levels of customer service to lead the property management and routine maintenance duties at all North Forest locations. 
  • Order and inventory NFOS purchased materials to set up effective job take offs.
  • Forecast requirements; prepare small project budgets; schedule expenditures; analyze variances and ; initiate corrective actions.
  • Safety management and best practices on construction and property management at all properties.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Basic Project Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Construction, Planning, Computer skills in Excel, Word, Adobe.
  • Demonstrated hands on experience in the building trades.
  • High School technical courses.  Post High School trade courses strongly desired.  Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years experience in a building trades role.
