    Property Services/Maintenance - Buffalo, NY

    The Maintenance position will perform basic and routine tasks to maintain buildings, structures, equipment, grounds and landscaping at our properties. Will be expected to respond to work order requests, performing routine and basic tasks related to building maintenance and repair including but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall and light repair work. Will also maintain the grounds presenting a professional and safe standard at all times. Will interact daily with our customers so having that natural ability to positively influence while being timely, and responsive to our customers is a must. High school diploma (GED) required with 5 years maintenance experience a definite plus. Having experience in commercial office and/or multi-family residential environments is desired but not necessary. Must be able to commute between locations(valid driver's license) with reliable and accessible means of transportation.

    Architectural Design/Drafter - Buffalo, NY

    We have a new position in our Corporate office for an Architectural Designer/Drafter with 1-3 years experience in a professional Construction/Design setting. The successful candidate will utilize their AutoCAD skills to assist in the technical duties and through collaboration will produce construction documents required for our shell buildings and office interiors. Will be expected to maintain and implement file management standards. Individual must be willing to learn the North Forest Business Model, gain confidence in the product and implement and maintain accurate and well organized systems and documentation. The most fit candidate will be expected to work effectively with the project team, able to produce rendered quality images for presentations and manage their time to meet the expectations of the project schedule. Experience using MS Office, Photoshop and AutoCAD software is required, Architectural Desktop use a plus. Associates degree in CADD or in Architecture Technology.
