He/she will report to the President and will oversee all facets of the day-to-day operations in development, construction oversight, leasing, and property management for the Denver market inventory. The ideal candidate possesses experience and expertise in strategic leadership, daily operations management, development, construction, leasing, and property management; along with the ability to read construction documents and architectural plans and renderings. An undergraduate degree in business management, construction management, engineering, or similar is required with an advanced degree preferred.

    Construction Superintendent/Professional - Denver, CO

    This position is best described as the "go-to" person for site construction.  The office park construction project will be the responsibility of this more seasoned professional.  Being able to work with our sub-contractors, build relationships and manage the entire project from beginning to end will our expectation of this team member.  Strong knowledge in the trades and ability to build effective working relationships with all involved in the project, including workers thru inspectors is needed. Assist the team with performing simple hands on construction tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, concrete, and landscaping. Bilingual a definite plus.

    Construction Coordinator - Denver, CO

    This position is very hands on.  When we are in our construction phase, this person will assist management in coordinating the construction efforts so the Sub-contractors and North Forest will have a successful project implementation.  Assist the team with performing simple hands on construction tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, concrete, and landscaping. This job is hands on and physical.  Will gather materials and be expected to relocate to job sites, with own reliable transportation. At all times, expected to be responsible for the cleanliness at job sites, including garbage removal and clean up, basic landscaping, material inventory and staging.  Will help the team maintain Safety standards; assist with special projects and over time will become an fluent in the North Forest Business Model.   

     

    Maintenance Coordinator - Denver, CO

    This position will perform hands on buildings & grounds maintenance tasks and coordinate with subcontractors on the job-site.  Will coordinate the landscaping and snow removal activities.  Maintain customer service 24/7. Will perform routine service and maintenance tasks to include plumbing, painting, minor electrical and carpentry repairs and may assist in the construction activities to include framing, concrete and landscaping. This job is hands on and physical.  Will gather materials and be expected to relocate to job sites, with own reliable transportation.
