Brendan Jordan

Brendan started in the real estate development and construction field at an early age, when he would go to work with his father, Roy Jordan, the founder of North Forest. He continued with the company through his high school and college years, working with the company over summer vacations. This is when his love for the job sprouted and he was determined to make a career out of it.

Brendan attended St. Bonaventure University in Olean, NY and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management. After graduation, Brendan joined the North Forest team full time out of the Buffalo, NY office. Through hard work and dedication, Brendan quickly learned the components of the real estate development and construction business.

In 2007 Brendan moved to Denver, CO to help get North Forest's newest operations up and running. Together with Brett Steinbar, they developed three projects before Brendan decided to make a move to Austin, Texas in 2011. Brendan currently oversees North Forest's construction, development, leasing, and property management for the Austin market. He is also currently pursuing his CCIM designation and enjoys relaxing with his wife, Kristen, and their two dogs Bo and Rocky.
