    Eric Eisenried

    Buffalo Area General Manager

    Eric Eisenried joined North Forest in September of 2015 with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate development, including property management, leasing, marketing, finance and asset management.  Eric is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the management and operations of the Buffalo portfolio.  He leads and manages leasing, construction and maintenance personnel in order to maintain a high level of customer service.  He also develops the long term strategic plan for the Buffalo area and contributes to organizational planning and strategy as a member of the area leadership team.  Previously, Eric served as corporate real estate regional manager at M&T Bank for three years, and prior to that he was director of leasing for Iskalo Development.  He has a Bachelor of Science in finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

    Emma Concannon

    Office Assistant / Leasing Support

    Emma started at North Forest in July of 2014, after receiving her bachelor's degree from Loyola University. While in college, Emma gained administrative experience as an assistant in the office of financial aid. At North Forest, she works with prospective customers to help them find and lease their space, as well as providing administrative assistance to the Buffalo team.

    Travis Reuther came to North Forest in October of 2013, with construction and labor experience from Zientaras Construction and Dodge Painting.  He manages the construction scheduling and ordering, works closely with contractors and vendors, and handles property maintenance and service calls.  He is responsible for handling emergency situations and maintaining a safe work environment for North Forest employees and contractors.  Travis continues to further his knowledge and skills through additional night courses in construction.
