Marshall Cook

District Area General Manager

Having grown up in Western New York, Marshall started in construction with the Buffalo branch of North Forest in 1999. With his strong work ethic he was soon promoted to Project Manager, and in 2006 Marshall was appointed as the General Manager of the Rochester region.

Marshall has been instrumental in establishing North Forest's presence in the Rochester market, where we started with just one office park, and now offer five convenient locations for our customers. Marshall believes in doing whatever it takes to get the job done, and can often be found picking up a hammer himself to get customers into the their office space on time.

Construction Manager

A native of Palmyra, New York, Ben attended Finger Lakes Community College to earn his Associates Degree in Business Administration, before transferring to the University at Buffalo to earn his Bachelor's degree in 2007. Following graduation, Ben entered our management trainee program, quickly proving himself as a valuable resource. He managed projects in the Rochester office parks until moving to Getzville, NY in 2009 to manage construction for the Buffalo area.
