Having grown up in Western New York, Marshall started in construction with the Buffalo branch of North Forest in 1999. With his strong work ethic he was soon promoted to Project Manager, and in 2006 Marshall was appointed as the General Manager of the Rochester region.
Marshall has been instrumental in establishing North Forest's presence in the Rochester market, where we started with just one office park, and now offer five convenient locations for our customers. Marshall believes in doing whatever it takes to get the job done, and can often be found picking up a hammer himself to get customers into the their office space on time.
Marshall is a member of the Rochester Chapter of NYSCAR (New York State Commercial Association Of Realtors), and the Perinton Chamber of Commerce. He is co-manager of the Fairport Challenger Baseball League (little league baseball for children with disabilities) and vice-chair of the Continuing Developmental Services Foundation - an organization dedicated to raising funds to provide services for those with developmental disabilities.
