Joined by a gathering of local government, business and civic leaders, North Forest Office Providers today broke ground on the area's newest commercial office park development.
Located at the intersection of Potomac Street and 104th Avenue, the 104th Avenue Professional and Medical Center will feature six, one-story buildings offering a total of 54,684 square feet of professional office space. The project is expected to be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of this year.
"This project offers practical solutions for area businesses, both in terms of location and affordability," said Brett Steinbar, Denver area co-manager for North Forest Office Providers. "Our tenants and their customers will have easy access to the location via I-76 or E470. North Forest's flexible leases promote the opportunity for businesses in to grow in place, without having to consider relocating when future expansion is necessary."
A developer of affordable, upscale commercial office space, North Forest Office Providers purchased the six-acre parcel in Commerce City earlier this year. This will be the company's third office park in the Denver market.

"We share North Forest Office Providers' enthusiasm for this development and look forward to seeing businesses moving into Commerce City later this year."
Steinbar noted that the recent growth of Commerce City made it an ideal location for his company. He also explained that he believes the time is right to introduce a new development into the marketplace.

Lease rates in the 104th Avenue Professional and Medical Center will begin at $17.90/square foot modified gross.
