North Forest Builds Spec Office Building At 1412 Sweet Home Road

AMHERST, NY, January 2006- North Forest Development is pleased to announce that construction is underway on 1412 Sweet Home Road, a 17,000 square foot “spec" office building in the Town of Amherst, NY. North Forest Development hopes to draw both professional and medical office users to this site, which is centrally located on Sweet Home Road, directly across from the University At Buffalo’s Rensch Road entrance and minutes from the I-990. 1412 Sweet Home is part of the expansion of the existing University Commons office park. One more building is planned for this stage of the expansion, and when completed, University Commons will offer 79,000 square feet of office space.

“We decided to build 1412 Sweet Home Road on ‘spec’ in order to accommodate the growing demand for office space in the Sweet Home/University area," states Roy Jordan, manager of North Forest Development, “our existing buildings at the University Commons site are nearing full occupancy, and we want to be sure we have enough space to accommodate both our new and existing customers."

Leasing is scheduled to begin in Spring 2006, and rates will start at just $13.70 per square foot, which includes both taxes and common area maintenance costs. Space is available from 698 to 17,000 square feet, with an average suite size of 1,395 square feet. Current occupants of the office park include: Janya, Inc., University Pediatric Associates, Buffalo Infusion Center North, and Sleep & Wellness Centers Of WNY.
