PITTSFORD, NY, January 2007 - North Forest Office Providers has announced that leasing is underway for 135 Sully’s Trail, part of the Basin Meadows Professional Park in Pittsford, NY. Construction started on the building in October 2006 and is expected to be completed by February 2007. 135 Sully’s Trail, which is being built on "spec", will offer 15,000 square feet of professional and medical office space for lease, with tenant occupancy projected for March 1, 2007.
135 Sully’s Trail is the fifth and final building in Phase I of the Basin Meadows Professional Park. Since the completion of the first building in early 2005, office space at Basin Meadows has been filling up nearly as fast as it is being built. Part of the reason for this success is that North Forest doesn’t wait for signed leases to start construction on their buildings.
