



ORCHARD PARK, NY, MARCH 2007 - North Forest Office Providers has announced that construction is underway on the second building at their Sterling Commons office park, 220-240 Redtail in Orchard Park. 240 Redtail, being built “on spec," will offer 18,600 square feet of professional and medical office space for lease. Leasing is currently underway for occupancy in July 2007.
