PENFIELD, NY, JULY 2007 - North Forest Office Providers has announced that construction is underway on their latest office park project, the Penn Fair Office Park, which will be located at 421-481 Penbrooke Drive in Penfield, NY. The first building, 481 Penbrooke Drive, will offer 7,800 square feet of professional and medical office space for lease. When complete, the Penn Fair Office Park project will consist of four (4) single-story, brick office buildings totaling 49,000 square feet of office space. Leasing at 481 Penbrooke Drive is currently underway with projected occupancy in December 2007. North Forest expects to attract both new and growing businesses to the building by providing flexible lease terms and expansion options.
