Roy A. Jordan, Jr. first became involved with real estate in 1976, when he purchased and managed residential, multifamily homes. In 1979, he ventured into rehabilitating commercial real estate and in 1982, Roy began developing and constructing retail plazas in Cheektowaga, Tonawanda, and Amherst, NY.

Roy Jordan founded North Forest Office Providers in 1987 and became involved in commercial office construction, mainly focusing on building office condominium parks in Buffalo NY. Roy shifted the company’s core business from condominium office parks to lease only office parks in 2000, and in 2004 he led the company into the Rochester NY market. The company’s success in both Rochester and Buffalo prompted Roy to look to markets outside of New York State. In 2006 the company opened a branch office in Denver, Colorado, and in 2008 they broke ground on the first of two office parks in the Denver metro area.

Roy Jordan is still the president and driving force behind North Forest Office Providers. Roy has over 20 years of experience in building, leasing, and managing commercial office parks, and he is the reason that North Forest has become a leading provider of upscale office space for small to medium sized businesses.
